  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. Please understand due to the nature of the product, we do not accept any returns and appreciate your understanding.

  • Why are some products listed higher than market price?
    Misty's Pokedex is a small business, operating without distributor relationships. Most products are bought through trusted third-party suppliers, requiring personal investment of time and resource to obtain. As a small business, Misty's Pokedex navigate the challenges of high platform fees, credit card transaction costs and business fees in the state of California, which significantly impacts margins. Despite these challenges, Misty remains committed to giving back to the community by offering generous giveaways on TikTok and occassionally including bonus packs as a special thank you to our loyal customers. The purpose of Misty's Pokedex is not to focus on high-volume sales, but to engage with our audience by opening packs live on stream and sharing those exciting moments together.
  • Can I send in fan mail?
    Yes, you can send fan mail to Misty! Please notify Misty in advance before sending, as any unexpected packages will be returned to the original sender. You can directly message Misty for her PO Box address. 
  • Do you take special request order for certain set?

    If there is a specific set that is not currently available in the store, please feel free to contact us via the contact page to submit a request. Misty will do her best to locate the set for you, and we hope to have the opportunity to open those packs live on stream.

  • What should I do if my package arrives damaged, is missing or content is wrong?
    If your package is missing, arrived damaged or content is wrong, please contact us via the contact page. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Where can I track my order?
    You can track your order by logging into your account with your email address. Under the "Order History" tab, you will find your tracking number and order details.
    • Are the products authentic?
      Misty's Pokedex stand by the authenticity of our products to be 100% genuine.
    • Can I request the products shipped sealed without being open on live stream? 
      Yes, you can choose to have your products shipped sealed. You can let Misty know on stream or select the "Ship Sealed" options during checkout. 
    • What happens if inventory is down to the last one but it shows on Open Live instead of Ship Sealed?
      We will always place the last stock on Open Live, but you can request to be Ship Sealed by letting Misty know on stream. Same also applies vice versa. 
    • When will my order be shipped?
      Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
    • How do I participate in the TikTok giveaways?
      No purchase is necessary. Simply tune into Misty's Pokedex TikTok live streams, where Misty host giveaway throughout the stream. Winners are selected at random during these events using the TikTok platform. Please note that not every stream feature a giveaway.
